OUR SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Delivery Times: Most U.S. orders arrive in 5–10 business days once shipped. International delivery times vary.
Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order is on the way.

Eligibility: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Exclusions: Final sale items, swimwear, and custom/limited-edition products cannot be returned.
Process:
1. Email us at support@feeding-frenzy.com with your order number.
2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
3. Once received, we’ll inspect your item and process a refund or store credit within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges: If you need a different size, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order to ensure availability.

Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
